Please check the following precautions when using this service.

Note

  • In principle, inquiries by e-mail will be answered by e-mail.However, depending on the contents, detailed confirmation contact may be made by telephone from the Cyber Crime Control Division or the nearest police station, so the address, name, age, telephone number ( Please be able to contact during the daytime) .
    We may not be able to respond to items without these descriptions.
  • Depending on the settings of your PC or smartphone, the cybercrime control section may not be able to confirm receipt of the consultation email or may not receive a reply email from the cybercrime countermeasure section. If you do not receive it, please check the phone number on the Cyber Crime Consultation Phone.

  • Please note that consultation emails received outside of working hours on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3) and weekdays will be handled after the following working hours.
  • Consultations other than cybercrime may not be answered.

When submitting a damage report

You cannot submit the damage report by e-mail.
Bring materials related to the damage and come to the nearest police station.

The information you have provided about the provision of cybercrime information will be used as a reference for investigations etc. by contacting the relevant departments.

  • In principle, we do not respond to information provision.
  • We may ask you for more information at a later date. If you do not mind, please fill in your name, phone number, etc.
