As a general rule, within 15 days from the date of receiving the personal information disclosure request, we will decide whether to disclose it and notify you by notification. In addition, if the requested administrative document does not exist, it will be a non-disclosure decision due to non-existence.
If a disclosure decision is made, we will contact you to adjust the date and place of disclosure before sending the notice. However, please note that unless there is a reason that is considered to be appropriate according to social conventions such as disasters, disclosure will not be possible 90 days after the date when the disclosure decision was made.

When extending the decision period

If there is a compelling reason, we may extend the disclosure decision period up to 30 days. In addition, since there are a large number of administrative documents related to disclosure requests, even if the decision period is extended by 30 days, if there is a risk that making a public decision for all of them will significantly hinder the performance of office work, after the extension. We may make a decision on whether to disclose beyond the decision period.
In either case, we will notify you in writing within 15 days of receiving the disclosure request.

Information that cannot be disclosed (non-disclosure information)

If the administrative document subject to disclosure request contains information on crime prevention, investigation, information on human life, health, property protection, etc., we may not disclose it.

Cost of issuing a copy
