On April 16, 2002, an unidentified corpse (hanging neck) of a male was found in the Kakunodate Police Station, Akita Prefecture. - Upper left 1 to 7 are healthy teeth, upper left 8 is caries
- Lower right 1-5, 7 is healthy tooth, 6 is amalgam filling, 8 is tooth decay
- Bottom left: No. 1-5, No. 7 healthy teeth, No. 6 filled with amalgam, No. 8 remains low
