The Road Traffic Act will be partially amended from July 21, 2026.
Regarding drunk driving
- A state in which the body contains 1.0 mg or more of alcohol per 1 ml of blood or 0.5 mg or more per 1 liter of breath.
- Other conditions that may impair the ability to drive safely due to the influence of alcohol.
