What is a car inspection refusal system?
If the vehicle user is in arrears for a violation and is urged by the Public Safety Commission, the vehicle verification (continuous inspection or structural change inspection) cannot be returned unless the delinquent condition is resolved. This is called the vehicle inspection refusal system.
Of the vehicles subject to the abandonment fine, ordinary motorcycles without a vehicle inspection (limited to those with a total displacement of 0.25 liters or less) and bicycles with motors are not covered by this system.
