  1. Purpose Based on the experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and the specific damage assumptions based on the "Akita Regional Disaster Prevention Plan", we have established a traffic regulation plan to implement disaster response measures in the event of a disaster accurately and smoothly. .
  2. Basic approach Immediately after a disaster occurs, we will restrict vehicles from entering the affected area, specify emergency routes, and prohibit the passage of ordinary vehicles. Emergency traffic routes are limited to emergency vehicles used for emergency response.
  3. Scheduled routes for emergency traffic routes
    1. Tohoku Expressway
    2. Akita Road
    3. Roadside
    4. Yuzawa Yokote Road
  4. Checkpoints Interchanges on expressways and specialty roads
  5. Scheduled routes designated as emergency traffic routes based on earthquake assumptions (as per the attached sheet)
