- Designation of facilities that provide training for driving passenger vehicles
- Designation of facilities that provide training on driving towing vehicles while towing passenger vehicles with towing vehicles.
- Designation of training courses for obtaining a large vehicle driver's license, etc., from the age of 19.
- Designation of training courses for obtaining a medium-sized vehicle license, etc., from the age of 19.
