What types of certificates are there?

  • Traffic accident certificate

    This certificate describes the date and time of the accident, the place where the accident occurred, the address and name of the person involved, etc. so that the parties involved in the traffic accident can receive appropriate compensation.

  • Accident-free and non-violation certificate

    Prove no accidents and no violations.

  • Driving record certificate

    Prove records of traffic violations, traffic accidents, and administrative dispositions of driver's licenses for the past 5 or 3 years.

  • Certificate of cumulative score

    Prove the current score of traffic violations and accidents.

  • Driver's license career certificate

    Proof of a license that has expired in the past, a license that has been revoked, or the type of license you are currently receiving, the date of acquisition, etc.

How do I apply for a certificate?

  • Apply directly to the window of the Automobile Driving Safety Center Akita Prefectural Office (12-1 Nihama-cho, Niiya, Akita City Driver License Center)
  • Apply by postal transfer

There are two ways.
Application forms are provided at the Automobile Safety Driving Center Akita Prefectural Office, police stations, police boxes and police offices.

The commission fee is?

  • Traffic accident certificate 600 yen per copy
  • Accident-free and non-violation certificate Operating record certificate One copy 670 yen
  • Driving record certificate One copy 670 yen
  • Certificate of accumulated score 1 copy 670 yen
  • Driver's license career certificate One copy 670 yen
  • (In the case of postal transfer, a transfer fee is required)
