- Within 40 meters if located in a nearby commercial, commercial or semi-industrial area
- If it is in an industrial area, it is within 70 meters.

Approval of structural / equipment changes
If any of the following applies, you must obtain approval from the Public Safety Commission in advance.
- Repairs or remodeling that require building confirmation according to the provisions of the Building Standards Act

- A customs business license will be revoked if you do not continue to operate for more than 6 months without a justifiable reason.
- Since the manager of the customs business office is supposed to take the customs business office manager training about once every three years from the day of appointment, please be sure to take it when notified.
If you do not take the course without a valid reason, you will be subject to instructional disposition. - A customs business license can be inherited with the approval of the Public Safety Commission, depending on certain requirements.
