(There are some areas where permission is possible, so please check with the nearest police station, Life Safety Division.)

  • Within 100 meters of schools, libraries, child welfare facilities, hospitals and clinics with inpatient facilities.

However, there are schools, libraries, child welfare facilities, hospitals and clinics with hospitalization facilities.

  • Within 40 meters if located in a nearby commercial, commercial or semi-industrial area
  • If it is in an industrial area, it is within 70 meters.

Approval of structural / equipment changes

    • A customs business license will be revoked if you do not continue to operate for more than 6 months without a justifiable reason.
    • Since the manager of the customs business office is supposed to take the customs business office manager training about once every three years from the day of appointment, please be sure to take it when notified.

    • A customs business license can be inherited with the approval of the Public Safety Commission, depending on certain requirements.
