For shotguns, rifles, and pneumatic guns-Obtain permission from the Public Safety Commission as follows-
(Training and application costs are required)
Beginner training course (conducted by police headquarters)
Pass the exam → Issuance of a certificate of completion for beginner training

Application to receive training at the designated shooting range (police station)
Grant of training qualification certificate
↓
Attend a shooting training at a training shooting range Issuing a training shooting completion certificate
↓
Application for permission to possess guns (police station)
Acquisition of possession permit
↓
Present your license and buy a gun
↓
Get your gun and permit checked at the police station within 14 days of holding the gun
↓
Formal possession
If you have a gun or sword other than the above, apply for a permission to the police station (Public Safety Commission) and obtain a possession permit from the Public Security Commission. (Each application requires a fee.)
