2. Procedure for filing a complaint

The form does not matter, but in the complaint form,

  • Signature or seal

In addition, we accept at "prefectural security consultation center" in public information public hearing section of Akita Prefectural Police Headquarters and "resident's safety consultation office" of each police station in the prefecture.

3. Notification of processing result

The Public Safety Commission instructs the Chief of Police to investigate the alleged complaint, decides the content of notification to the complainant based on the investigation result, and notifies the processing result.
In addition, we may not notify you when it is deemed that the offer was made for the purpose of preventing proper execution of police affairs, or when the applicant is unknown.
